It is so important to have good maps as well as good advice about prospecting, in our free book on prospecting for Fire Agate, we inserted some good maps that will put you into one of the most beautiful places on earth, when you get down into Aravaipa canyon the road goes to Clondike AZ. as well as to the place where the river goes threw the solid rock face, you will truly be pleased at the beauty. the big bonus is the rock hunting all down the Aravaipa River, also the hills to your left are the homes of many kinds of Agate that came from the Mountains, it is best to ask the local ranchers before you go threw a fenced area most of this land is BLM or state lands. Cub scouts and boy scouts are looking for places to rock hunt so this one would truly be a Gem of a field trip for them, Boy scout masters would be pleased to take the boys to this beautiful area, the Indians lived all in this area and I have found several on private lands here.
There are lots of deer as well as beautiful birds and so much wild life down in the canyon.
you can print out these free maps before you go and tie them in with your Arizona road map.
It would be advisable to take along a good compuss as it helps to know which road to turn down.
